Let’s say you have enough money to buy a Porsche 911 GT2 RS (997-II generation) but you think that the 612 hp it offers in stock form is not enough. You’re convinced that you need more car. What to do? Easy, fear not: you go to TECHART and get them to transform your pedestrian GT2 into a 720 hp monster capable of 0 to 100 km/h (0-60 mph) in just 3.3 seconds. TECHART Automobildesign GmbH is a German automobile tuner that specializes in Porsches. They offer extensive tuning packages for all Porsche models.

From the it doesn’t look much different from a stock GT2 RS.

So almost everything in the car received improvements, from engine to the bodywork to brakes. TECHART transformed what was already an awesome car when it left the factory into something out of this world. The engine of the GTstreet RS is the same water-cooled boxer-6 twin-turbo of the GT2 RS. However, tuned to an unprecedented level. After the TECHART treatment, the car is capable of 352 km/h, and can reach 200 km/h in 9.5 seconds.

The body kit is more subdued than what you usually see in tuned cars. And that’s why I like it.

This is a LE model from Spark for TECHART. This particular GT Street RS in Carrara White is one in a series of only 300. It even comes in a special black box different from the regular Spark ones. As usual, Spark delivers a top-notch detail level, making it a grade A+ model. Just as good as say my Weissach GT2. In fact, it’s such a nice model that even non-Porsche enthusiasts might appreciate. And yeah, it’s a tuner. Though I regularly don’t like tuned cars, it’s such a nice model that I loved this one.
